1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and phtsys ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the phtsys website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). Your continued use of phtsys services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The phtsys Platform provides online gaming entertainment including but not limited to casino games, slot machines, live dealer games, sports betting, and other wagering activities to users physically located in jurisdictions where such activities are legal. By creating an account with phtsys, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements specified in Section 2 below.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use phtsys gaming services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. phtsys strictly prohibits underage gaming and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are prohibited from gambling due to court orders, self-exclusion programs, or other legal restrictions are not eligible to use phtsys services.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of accessing phtsys services. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
• Account Ownership: You may register and maintain only one (1) account with phtsys. The account must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts registered using false information, on behalf of other persons, or duplicate accounts will be closed and funds forfeited.
• Financial Capability: You must use only funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose. Gaming at phtsys should be recreational entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

When registering for a phtsys account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtsys account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password not used for other online services
• Never share your password, username, or account access with any third party
• Immediately notify phtsys customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account, whether authorized by you or not
• Logout from your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices

phtsys will never request your password via email, phone, or any communication method other than the secure login page. Any communication purporting to be from phtsys requesting password disclosure should be immediately reported to our security team.

3.3 Account Restrictions

You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your phtsys account to any other person or entity. Account sharing, allowing others to use your account, or accessing another user's account are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure for all parties involved.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

phtsys accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on the Platform. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any deposit made from an account not registered in the phtsys account holder's name will be refunded, minus applicable processing fees, and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

phtsys establishes minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits which may vary based on payment method, account verification status, and player activity. Current limits are displayed on the Platform's banking page. The Company reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Currency

All transactions at phtsys are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion will occur at prevailing market rates plus any applicable conversion fees charged by your payment provider or financial institution.

4.4 Processing Times

While phtsys processes most deposits instantly and withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes, actual crediting time depends on the third-party payment provider. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or other financial institutions.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and account verification procedures. phtsys reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5.2 Verification Requirements

First-time withdrawal requests and withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds require account verification. phtsys may request:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Copies of credit/debit cards or screenshots of e-wallet accounts used for deposits
• Selfie holding your identification document
• Source of funds documentation for large withdrawals

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. phtsys requires that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. The Company reserves the right to return deposits to the original payment method before processing withdrawals if wagering requirements are not met.

5.4 Withdrawal Cancellation

phtsys reserves the right to cancel or refuse any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or if required documentation is not provided. In such cases, the Company may confiscate winnings and return only the original deposit amount, minus any applicable fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

phtsys offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which are provided at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements) which must be satisfied before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount, deposit amount, or combined amount must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each bonus's terms.

6.3 Game Contributions

Different games contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or not at all. Full contribution percentages are specified in bonus terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

phtsys strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play between multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds. Players suspected of bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and accounts may be permanently closed.

6.5 Bonus Cancellation

phtsys reserves the right to cancel any bonus, modify bonus terms, or exclude players from promotional offers at our discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be withdrawn from professional players or advantage players.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered by phtsys use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer results to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and binding. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant game session.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated gaming systems, bots, or other software to play games
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors or bugs
• Using VPNs or proxy services to disguise location
• Reverse engineering or attempting to manipulate game software
• Engaging in any form of fraud or attempted fraud
• Money laundering or using phtsys for any illegal purposes

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or error, all affected bets will be void and refunded. phtsys is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control including but not limited to internet connection issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions.

8. Responsible Gaming

phtsys is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we encourage all users to game responsibly within their means.

8.1 Self-Imposed Limits

Players may set voluntary limits on their gaming activity including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session time limits. These limits can be adjusted through account settings. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period, while decreases take effect immediately.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gaming may self-exclude their account for a specified period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion periods, you will be unable to access your account, make deposits, or participate in gaming activities. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting customer support.

8.3 Problem Gaming Resources

If you believe you may have a gaming problem, phtsys encourages you to seek help from professional organizations specializing in problem gaming support. We provide links to responsible gaming resources and can assist with referrals to appropriate support services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtsys Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and games is the property of phtsys or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from phtsys.

The phtsys name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of phtsys or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtsys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall phtsys's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Platform exceed the amount you paid to phtsys in the six (6) months prior to the claim arising, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phtsys, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your phtsys account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. phtsys is not responsible for funds remaining in closed accounts.

12.2 Termination by phtsys

phtsys reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which phtsys is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of phtsys services shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Modifications to Terms

phtsys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of phtsys services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must cease using phtsys services and close your account.
